Thanks for posting the clip of Lou Reed, John. I knew nothing about him. The sum total of my ignorance was evident on Monday when my neighbour, seeing me walking along the path wearing my aviator sun glasses, said I looked like Lou Reed. I just said that I felt like Lou Rolls! I am now much wiser thank you, John.

You have such massive and rewarding journey ahead of you.

Well, there’s a couple of lads in the band. The girls are superb singers. Check out the other tracks

Many thanks for posting this. I've lived in Spain for a number of years now and hadn't heard of this band until now. I've checked out some of their other videos, and while I'm mainly a rock, blues and heavy metal fan, there's something very different here, although they mainly do pop type covers. If I come across them doing a live gig reasonably close by I'd definitely like to see them.

Well, one old guy and one young guy, in a bit of a different format last night but the most enjoyable night out I've had in years. Francis Rossi and a young feller called Andy Brooks sat in big armchairs and going through some of Frame's songs over a cracking three hours with just two Electroacoustic guitars. The tome, sound and execution were all superb, the banter between the songs very entertaining and a brilliant gig. As a lifelong fan I wasn't sure exactly what to expect when I received the tickets as a Christmas present, didn't know if there would be a band, or just chat with a few songs thrown in, but we had a packed three hour gig with 20-odd songs in two sets. All with marvellous arrangements for two electroacoustic guitars. Highly recommended.

Short story, wifey said some pals had extra tickets and we were off to see Quo at short notice.

Now I've never been a Quo fan, they're ok, just not my bag, I enjoy any live music but wasnt bubbling.

I asked if there was a support band - yes, she said - Roger somebody.  Roger Whittaker the whistler? Roger Daltry from the who? again, neither my cup of tea.

Any way we turned up, and I saw the posters - "Roger Somebody" was actually Paul Rodgers, one of my all time favourites from the Free days and

I reckon one of the best voices in rock. I'd place him alongside the very best - Steve Marriot - Humble Pie's 'Rockin the Filmore' being my fave live album of all time.

Paul did almost a complete Free/Bad Company set, guitarist was Geoff Whitehorn who I was aware of through Total Guitar magazine. Superb.

So a fantastic evening was had by all, unexpectedly so in my case!  😁
