Andy Green
What glue should I be using. Bought some Foamsafe cyano from Penn models, asked specifically if it would stick the HK foam and was told it would. I have tried it , kicked it and left it overnight, the wing panels just peeled away and the cyano is still wet on the surfaces. Andy
Morgan Goule
I have used normal cyano on my wings Andy and they are fine (y)
Pete B
Penn models were wrong - you should know you get a far better quality of advice here, Andy.... As Morgan says, use ordinary CA. It's been discussed here many a time. One such thread. Pete
Chris Bott - Moderator
Above is a video on vimeo. For those who can't see it, maybe this link will work? Edited By Chris Bott - Moderator on 21/09/2014 20:45:
Andy Green
Totally agree with that Pete, but I was passing the shop, and as that adverts says - you can't phone the internet. Andy

Chris Bott - Moderator
GMAC multiple Radjets continued today, lot's of simple fun. (Boy are they difficult to photograph though). I suffered the dreaded tumble of death later in the day, very little damage though, considering how it went in.
Andy Muckley
Hi Morgan and all you radjeter's , never thought you could have so much fun with a cheap and cheerful model like this and its pretty quick as standard but i may get another one and upgrade the motor e.t.c. could do with another one as mine's a bit bent now with it's inverted concord nose
john stones 1 - Moderator
For limbo poles we use the extending washing line poles, knock a piece of tube into grass, stand poles in em...easy to adjust height, barrier tape tied across it breaks easy. Greenacres mass launch ? i'll bring my pit helmet John
Paul Marsh
I've bought a Radjet today, am now putting it together. Count me in for the mass launch...

Chris Bott - Moderator
Welcome aboard Paul and John. I was lucky enough to be one of 7 in the air at the weekend, great fun, sounded like a swarm of bees and already it's interesting trying to concentrate on your own. Just try to keep them in one piece until the summer

Jim Mchugh
If I can get to grips with flying it, and it survives until the 2015 Greenacres Shows, we've got one more RadJet Mass Launch participant.... ME! Now with added "A" Certificate goodness! Thanks a million to all the Greenacres guys that have got me to A Cert level in just 5 months! Andy Muckley
Good egg Jim see you over the weekend weather permitting, you'll soon be doing loops and rolls before you know it, brilliant news
Danny Fenton
Well done Jim, and in foul weather too! Cheers Danny
Paul Marsh
Good job. Seems the Greenacres club is going for the most number of "A"'s done in a year. I know Morgan and Darren Gould's daughters have done both the A and the B. Hopefully, there will be a Radjet mass launch and I want to do a Parkzone Ultra Micro B-17/P51 mass launch - on the same day. Will it be a record? Jim Mchugh
Chris, Great feeling! To be honest I could have carried on learning with you guys for years, as it is just as much fun as going solo, but I really want to fly things at the Greenacres shows, so I don't feel so much of a fifth wheel... And here comes the stark admission, in public, on the Internet... It took me twelve (yes you read that right, twelve, 12) driving tests to pass! Maybe I shouldn't be on the roads...?! Thanks for all the messages of support... Jim
Jim Mchugh
Andy, Loops, yes, rolls, not sure... You want to show how that whole roll / rudder thing works?! Cheers!

Chris Barlow
Congratulations Jim! 12 driving tests? Did you have any lessons first?
brfc7
Quick warning to all Radjet owners - my model has only had 20 minutes of flying and I noticed one of the elevons had started to crack and come away along the hinge line. So back at home I cut them both straight off and will replace them with some new ones made from 1/4" balsa covered white and mylar hinged. baz
