Probably coincidence that you were expecting a delivery.
Philip Lewis 3
I get those all of the time, even though I've been in all day, also from UPS, Fedex Parcel force and DPD, they are phishing e mails just delete them, compare it to a real Evri e mail and I beleive it always says who the parcel is from whilst the phishing ones don't. john stones 1 - Moderator
Being as the threads been bumped I may as well repeat the message. Care is always taken to protect forum users from Scammers, however It's not an exact science, so be careful when buying and selling, in particular if you've a wanted add on. Private message from a low or Zero post count users or telling you "A friend" has what you're looking for, should ring alarm bells, that's the method being used at present, any doubts P.M a mod, they've more information to view and may save you being stung. john stones 1 - Moderator
Give it a bump. Don't drop your guard folks, be careful on your sale/wanted adds, zero post count should ring bells, as should someone else has the item you're looking for.

Frank Day
This scam happens every day here. I've had it when posting in Wanted. "Mate" has one and gives an email address to take you away from the site. Paypal will sort as long as you didnt "Pay a friend" Again its not the Wanted ads that are the issue so not sure how reviewing them will make any difference, the scammer just reads the ad and isnt subjected to any scrutiny. The ones I've encountered have just joined.
john stones 1 - Moderator
Wanted adds are not being reviewed, just added a link in the chain to help prevent members being scammed, gives a mod chance to warn those who may not be aware of the scammers. And yes they're mostly postless, which is why we keep warning of it.
