Andrew Charles White Posted December 20, 2023 Share Posted December 20, 2023 Hello folks! I am an aerospace engineer, now semi retired at 66 but a life-long aeromodeller. Started with free flight as a youngster, progressing to single channel then 2ch. Finally got "full house" as we called it then, around '76. No interest in helis or CL but enjoy dabbling in just about all other disciplines, from slope and thermal soaring to flying boats and stand-off scale. Looking forward to exchanging ideas, especially in lightweight RC design for indoor flying. Based in the NW of England, my better half and I have a campervan which is actually roadworthy, so we are ready to explore our countryside with model flying in mind. Relatively light weight inexpensive radio gear etc. For indoor/park fly, toprc 450 w/s warbird mark 2 stuff ? Gearboxes still not arrived last time I looked...due new year ?
