A doctor is visiting a patient. 
 
Doctor: "I am glad you are at home.  I have some bad news for you, and some worse news."
Patient: "Tell me the bad news, Doc . . . I can take it."
Doctor: "After the tests we did, it seems you only have 24 hours left to live."
Patient: "Oh heck... but what could be worse than that?"
 
Doctor: "I have been trying to contact you since yesterday."
