Peter Miller
Today three of us went flying. It was sunny but cold and a bit breezier than we expected. I had just finished my twice sized KK Eaglet built from OZ plan. I just wanted something to build without thinking and drawing. It coped well with the stiff breeze although the other two said that I was the first time that they had ever seen my first flight with me struggling to keep it straight and level. Super flying shots by Michael Morris.

Steve Colman
Maidened this morning. E-Flite Air Tractor. Really smooth and easy to fly. Fitted with aftermarket main gear and wheels and a few small enhacements.

Tosh McCaber
Very realistic! The scenery and livery reminds me on the ones that linger around the airport in Bezier in the south of France, when we've been deposited by Ryanair!
Paul De Tourtoulon
Going past Beziers Friday week, I will have a look in,,,
Steve Dunne
Yesterday maidened the Ben Buckle KK Falcon, powered by OSfs56a. 16 months in the build - flies a treat, even loops, stall turns and does rather suspicious rolls... Not bad for a 70-odd year old kit design - originally for free flight! More photos in a new post "Ben Buckle KK Falcon".

Keep your fingers crossed! They were parked right next to the Ryanair disembarking area.

Paul De Tourtoulon
My second hand OS 61fs will arrive Tuesday (already one in my SE5a ) so out comes the OS 61 open rocker in my Tiger Moth and the 'new' one will replace it, so what about a Super 60 for the Open rocker ?. Don Fry
Or the Majestic Major. Fishing chair, cold beer, calm evening, trying to make 150 ml of fuel do an hour. Need a thermal.

Nick Somerville
I taught myself to fly with a poorly built tissued KK Super 60 that had a OS Max .15. Woefully under powered and a launch and several circuits of the field to get above tree height. If the wind got above a gentle breeze whilst flying a long walk usually ensued. Definitely be better with the open rocker 60FS!
Paul De Tourtoulon
I started building one for a Merco .35 that's what the model shop recommended for it.
Peter Miller
My Last Super 60 was over powered with an OS FS 40 Surpass. My first successful one in the 60s had a Fox 25. One had two OS 20 FS engines.
Paul De Tourtoulon
My OS is probably around the same power as your 40 surpass, and with my heavy rubbish building it's going to need the extra power,,,
