Tony Richardson
Looks really good Tim, not sure wether the wheels show off the model or the model showcases the wheels but it is really good looking.

Colin Leighfield
Another good one Tim. There are so many little known and sometimes quirky subjects that are crying out to be modelled, like this one. I wish that I could do all of them. Martian
She is looking really good Tim but isnt that underneath shot a little risque showing her underwire
Tim Hooper
She's not scared of a little over-exposure, Martin! So with the fuselage inverted, and raised up by around 25mm, I attached the wings and then set about making the struts. I used aerofoil-section ali tubing, which I'd bought for a rainy day some years ago. OK, so it's not raining, but today's the day! tim

Scott Lawson
Looks lovely! That's a mighty amount of progress, you build quick these days! Got a plan for the rear cockpit glazing? That could be tricky... Scott.

I'm just making it up as I go along, Scott, using photos and the 3-view I posted earlier. The upper rear portion of the canopy has to hinge forwards to let the wings fold. tim
Tim Hooper
No flying this weekend, so I've had a chance to do a bit of fiddly nonsense on the Coupe - the cowl, and cabin framing. Slowly, but surely..... tim
Stephen Jones
Very nice Tim, Has a bit of a Pixie look about it, i wonder if the Pixie was inspired by this Plane. Steve

Scott Lawson
Nice solution to the rear cockpit issue with the folding wings, very neat! How would you feel about showing us mere mortals how you make the engine cylinders? The look very convincing. Get some covering on it, this isn't a nudist camp you know... Scott, The cylinders are simply stacked discs of 1/32 ply. Dylan Reynolds at Lasercraft cut me a load of them, and I just glued them together over a central dowel, prior to a bit of aggression with a disc sander to give them a bit of shape. Davey, given that the original is clad in gloss-painted plywood, I'll opt for the Solarfilm option. Tim
