It's the quality of Tim's photos that make you want to get building one yourself! Every detail is visible and therefore seems simpler to build than it really is!

Hopefully Tim will take it to Old Warden Scale Day in July.

Can we expect this to be an RCME plan when it has been flown?

Tim, fabulous. Have the owners of the original seen it?

Yup, they've seen the static shots and have offered me a chance of a photo shoot with both the model and the real aeroplane!

Martyn, I'll try and grab a pic or two next time I'm in the attic. Really it's just a white paper backdrop, and two second-hand studio flashes, both firing backwards into reflective umbrellas. I've set it up so that at ISO400 I'm able to shoot at an aperture of f20 to give lots of depth of field.

Anyway, this evening was ideal flying weather, so we thought we'd grab the chance while we had it! Just a single flight of low, lazy circuits for the camera. Very smooth. Rudder is very positive, whilst the ailerons are extremely gentle, which is nice.

Tim
