Question is, how would they have reacted to going a goal down? The French showed they had great confidence from the off so England need to be up for it in the same way. Peter Jenkins Posted December 5, 2022 Share Posted December 5, 2022 It was all too easy for Brazil in the first 30 mins. After that, they degenerated to playing like individuals in front of goal. South Korea were disappointing as I don't think they are usually so poor. Perhaps the psychologic effect of going 4 goals down with Brazil looking like they were strolling around had an effect on them. Don't think it worries me to see the Brazilians wasting time with celebrations in this WC as the time just gets added on the playing time. The way to wipe the smile off their face was shown to the world by the Germans in 2014 on Brazil's home ground - put 7 goals past them!
