David Davis
A club colleague took some nice pictures of my BE2 last Sunday and put them on Facebook. Is there any way to get them from Facebook and onto this site?
Geoff S
Yes, right click on the image and then Save Image As .... It'll end up where you save it on your PC as a jpeg image which you can put in your album here. Geoff
David Davis
Thank you Geoff. Great excitement at the flying field last Sunday as I flew the BE2e solo for the first time with the added lead in the nose. Had to use lots of rudder with the ailerons but I got it down safely. Devcon1
Shortly after the brave HM Armed Forces Parachutist left the aircraft so did the canopy from my Fun Cub, both made a safe landing and back to the pits. 😂
ERIC CLAPHAM
My favourite action shot circa 1980. Model is a Pilot ARF ( ABS fuselage ) 36" Ail/Elev., Cox QZ049. Radio is a Sanwa mini 2-channel converted to single RH stick. Flying off a disused bauxite open cast mine site in the Northern Territory, Oz. Simon Chaddock
As a solo flyer aerial shots of my planes are few and far between. These are my favourites not because of the quality, they are stills from a video taken by me whilst flying them, but simply because of what they represent and all in Depron as well. The Hawker P1121 'killed' by the 1957 Defence White Paper despite the prototype being nearly complete. A 'micro' EDF but it is still nearly 8 foot long!
