There are several options I'd be happy to build, but a lot I wouldn't be. Maybe people should vote if they intend to join in if their selection wins? Personally, I preferred last years method of 5 options - perhaps we will have a discussion later. I am inclined to agree, there are models I do not want to build but there are several that I would happily have a crack at. I guess that at this stage, you are committing to build the model that you would choose, when we get to stage 2 then we will be looking for a more definite commitment - if that makes sense.. I would like to vote for the models that are easy to build and fly to cater for all abilities but at the same time I know I wont build the likes of a trainer. fun fly (Limbo dancer in the pipeline after the Magics eventual but hopefully long delayed demise) single engine funfighter (I love my Cambrian Hurri) Or a Delta and I will be building an Atom for Greenacres seperately anyway! So I compromised! 1st choice a Cub! Easy to build & fly and I don't have one and would like one! 2nd choice id a funfighter mozzy. Easy build with a lot of option for scale detail but not so easy to fly, and I would like one too! But having said that I thoroughly enjoyed making the DF build blog almost as much as the Greenacres mass build event itself so I'd probably build whatever wins anyway! Piers Bowlan Posted October 12, 2014 Share Posted October 12, 2014 I can't see your logic Martyn in linking, 'Funfighters' with 'the Tony Nijhuis DH Mosquito 46in' that I nominated. Funfighters is not one model design but eight - I thought we were supposed to be nominating a specific design, I also cannot see any connection Funfighters might have with TN's Mossie, (that was a RCM&E free plan in 2005), either.
