Major
Sometimes Real radio, often Slipknot. Sic, Diluted, Eyeless. Eyeore and Surfacing are just a few of good tracks... Vecchio Do You live in Milton? Heart was my favurite radio, it made afternoon shift in Spectrum for Arcadia a lot nicer... Nev Haycox
When I was putting my last ARTF together I found myself listening to the top 100 movie themes which just goes to show how long it takes me. The winner for me was John Barry. Out of Africa, Born free, Dances with Wolves and all those Bond movies, brilliant.
Chuck Plains
I absolutely "HAVE" to have background noise, otherwise I can't concentrate for long. But it can be nature sounds or music in whichever style I'm cool with on the day. Today is Joe Bonnamassa

Bob Cotsford
Planet Rock - or maybe Sky Arts if there's a decent band on. JB was on the other night so I recorded him for background listening. Tom Petty, George Thorogood, Yes - depends on what's my flavour of the month.
