Dwain Dibley.
Some good guesses boys, but No....It's not finished Piers.... The mystery thing is a bracket with a shaft in two bearings. The decision to make it came from the need to do something...............Anything......... Dad-flyer....you need to try harder.....Lol Geoff, Can you see the wood bits ? D.D. McG 6969
... bracket? ... bearings? ... slim fuse? ... ... must be one of those thingies to indicate the wind direction? ... Very confused now, but I don't know the terminology in English... Cheers & stay safe, gents Chris
Dad_flyer
Posted by Dwain Dibley. on 26/04/2020 19:14:01: Dad-flyer....you need to try harder.....Lol Ok, here is some trying. The bit at the back has a step at the narrow left end, that might fit the small rectangular part, with the little notch. Then the truncated triangle goes on top to make a tail group. That makes the bit at the back a fuselage, and the dovetail part is not moveable, but is support for the wing. The wing looks very like the horizontal stabilisers I have been making today with a mark for the centre line. The hole in the fuselage looks too narrow for the wing, but I hope that is just the perspective. Then the bearings make it either RTP ( as Piers) or a weather vane ( as Chris and Kevin) Edited By Dad_flyer on 26/04/2020 20:20:
