Andy Symons - BMFA
Posted by Martin Harris on 27/09/2018 10:03:46: What was the problem? Turned out the domain hosting company have “upgraded” their DNS management which affected the settings. Took some finding, can’t take the credit though it was our IT support guys that sussed it out in the end.

Unfortunately, if the source DNS information is wrong, then switching ISP servers doesn't help. Still, strange how only some were affected, though! -- Pete
Paul Marsh
The BMFA site is down again. This time its listing as a SSL error. I reckon, this time, malware or a trojan has become attached and causing a security alert, either that, or something has been messed up again.. The server's security certificate is revoked! You attempted to reach www.bmfa.org, but the certificate that the server presented has been revoked by its issuer. This means that the security credentials the server presented absolutely should not be trusted. You may be communicating with an attacker. . Its just the SSl certificate that has expired, the hosts are in the process of renewing as we speak.
